Cinnamon Whiskey Sour

The whiskey sour takes on a whole new identity in this fun cocktail made with our delicious Brimstone spirit. Refreshing and zingy with the perfect amount of fanfare in the form of a lemon curl garnish, this cocktail is sure to wow your friends.


2 oz Brimstone
2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
3/4 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Lemon curls for garnish


Separate an egg, discarding the yolk. Mix Brimstone, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white in a shaker with ice. Pour over ice, and garnish with a lemon curl. To create the lemon curl garnish, simply cut a lemon round with a paring knife, then slice the rind and all the way up to the center of the round. Then carefully cut around the rind to remove the fruit. Once you have a long, thin strip of peel, just curl/shape it with your fingers, and garnish drink.
