Carrot Cake Cocktail

Dessert lovers, this one’s for you. Though it doesn’t incorporate any ingredients from the classic cake recipe, the Carrot Cake cocktail does somehow manage to mirror that incredible flavor. This beverage brings White Russian vibes, but elevated for a delightfully fancy drink to sip on post-dinner.

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz Copperhead
1.5 oz coffee liquor of choice
2 oz Bailey’s Irish Cream
Raw sugar for glass rim

INSTRUCTIONS

Mix Copperhead, coffee liquor, and Bailey’s with a scoop of ice in a shaker. Dip rim of glass in water, and then in raw sugar. Pour drink into glass, and enjoy!
